Refund policy

Every Forge Fiber Prints item is made to order — printed specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: we've got you. Contact us at forgefiberprints@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost packages: if your order never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will replace it at no cost.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is in production and can no longer be cancelled.
